Reset the camera to view the whole point cloud
Clip the point cloud using a bounding box volume

Actually I dont know about the hardware but I'll find out. This is official data that the city of Helsinki has purchased and shares it as free to download at https://kartta.hel.fi/?setlanguage=en Some details about the scanning: Point density at nadir 40 points/m². Flight altitude 380 m above ground level.
