Mid-19th century anchors embedded within the coral of Kenn Reefs, within the Australian Commonwealth Territory of the Coral Sea. Data captured by Julia Sumerling using a Canon EOS 5D MarkII on 15 January 2017 for the Silentworld Foundation and Australian Maritime Museum. Osprey Reef in Australia's Coral Sea Marine Park is a world renowned adventure diving destination. In May 2020, the Schmidt Ocean Institute's RV Falkor mapped the reef and conducted a dive with ROV SuBastian. This rock at ~1000 m depth, was covered in coldwater corals and sponges.
